This workout can be done 1-2 times a week and should not take you longer than 45-60 minutes to complete.
Keep your rest time under 60 seconds on every single exercise.

1 Machine Curl - 3 sets x 10-12 reps Slow Controlled
2 Seated Advanced DB Curls - 3 sets x 111 10 Watch 2:12
3 Reverse Barbell Killer 21s - 3 sets x 777 Watch 3:17
4 Incline Reverse E-Z Curl Bar Curls - 4 sets x 10-12 reps
5 Spider Rope Hammer Curls - 3 sets x 10-12 reps
6 Seated Over Head Cable Curls - 3 sets x 12-15 reps
7 Smith Machine Drag Curls - 3 sets x 6-10 reps
8 Single Arm Machine Curls - 2 sets x 12-15 reps
