Open-source hexpmhex 887 - sponsor tip on deps.get elixir-langelixir 11000 - erlang module

Today I worked on two issues: - One of them was a previous PR I opened to hex adding a tip to run mix hex.sponsor when you download a new package with a sponsor link.
There were errors on it.
